  • Tasting Notes and Drinking Window:

A monovarietal Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine reveals itself immediately on the nose with classic notes of cassis, ripe black cherry, vanilla, and baking spices. On the palate the wine is full bodied, with grippy tannins and myriad dark and bright berry notes alongside supporting voices of spice, damp forest floor, vanilla and crushed herbs.
