Produced from estate grown/harvested agave. Rafael has been
experimenting with planting agave on his ranches for over 20 years, achieving biological sustainability, and is working with non profits on "Bat Friendly" plantings. Rafael brings out a traditional flavor of the agave, a fun, fruity flavor with a deep agave accent with a nice complex finish. An Arizona favorite.
